Mia Soto

Engaging, bright and determined, Mia Soto is one of those rare individuals who knew what she wanted to do from an early age. Set to graduate in early 2024 with a degree in Real Estate/Business Administration from the University of San Diego (USD), Mia has worked for a number of prominent local agents as a social media manager and personal assistant, receiving critical real-world training and insights.

Mia’s passion for real estate and work ethic have ranked her on the Dean’s List at USD, where she serves as president of the Real Estate Society. Also vice president of DEI for her sorority and a former director of recruitment for a co-ed business fraternity, she has a talent for public speaking, project management and event coordination, skills that apply directly to real estate.

Having performed financial analyses for a multifamily investment firm, in addition to developing marketing campaigns for a residential agent through the creation of social media posts, stories and flyers, Mia is an asset to seller clients. For buyers, she leverages her lifetime’s worth of local area knowledge to help them find the perfect neighborhood, school district and lifestyle to match their dreams and goals.

A native of La Mesa, Mia has been captivated by the idea that a home can become a universe all its own since her childhood. Guided by a focus on family values and the chance to make a positive, transformational impact on the lives of her clients, she has continuously worked to advance her knowledge and training, earning certificates in MS Office software and Business Leadership.

Raised in the digital age, Mia brings a fresh, energetic approach and a proficiency with the latest online marketing platforms, research and communication tools. As a former server who earned high marks for guest satisfaction, she recognizes that service is the heart of every industry. By combining her relationship building skills and technological capabilities, Mia provides her clients with reliable guidance and streamlined transactions.

Serving the community is also important to Mia, who has volunteered at local elementary schools to help with tutoring programs for many years. Alongside her fellow sorority members, she has participated in fundraising efforts resulting in significant support for Read Lead Achieve, a children’s literacy program.

Spending time with family and friends, golf, Pickleball and Formula 1 are some of Mia’s other favorites outside of real estate.
