Recognized as a talented negotiator and a creative problem solver, Paris Jandrokovic serves buyers, sellers and investors in San Diego and Riverside Counties, including Palm Springs/Palm Desert. An expert in contract review and real estate law, Paris is the agent clients turn to when a situation demands the utmost level of finesse, attention to detail, research and resourcefulness.
Perseverance, preparation and planning have been the keys for Paris, who graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. Researching the local market, interest rates and the national economy, understanding tax law updates and working with lenders to find the best possible loan offering for her clients are just a few components of her proactive, detail-oriented approach to real estate.
Viewing her role as an agent as a tremendous responsibility, Paris goes the extra mile to educate and inform her clients, many of whom become friends. Committed to provide her clients with a successful transition and a positive result, she takes pride in her ability to anticipate any possible question her clients may have and find the answer, along with her talent for investigating and managing all the necessary details behind the scenes.
Since her entry into real estate, Paris has enjoyed the opportunity it provides to exercise a little conservative creativity, to help her clients find new ways to acquire property, first time buyer programs and lender-paid closing costs. She loves the thrill that comes from helping her clients overcome an obstacle in a transaction, as well as the challenge of staying ahead of the curve and forecasting future trends by understanding the present.
Paris specializes in land listings, residential homes and investment/distressed properties. Her real estate practice is informed by her experience helping families navigate the complexities of the probate/trust process, gained over the course of completing over 400 hours of Pro Bono work, her time as a mediator with the San Diego Superior Court and background assisting with eminent domain/legal issues for the bullet train project.
Together with her mother, Paris is also involved with a renovation/listing business in Northern California and the Central Valley. When she isn’t busy working, she likes to spend time with her daughter, Fay Ray. Playing the jazz guitar and singing are a few of Paris’ other favorite pastimes, as she went to LA Music Academy when she was 16, something she calls one of the most humbling experiences in her life.
